Epomaker has announced the EM3, a new lightweight wireless gaming mouse featuring a carbon fibre-reinforced shell and a bundled magnetic charging dock. Despite those premium touches, the mouse arrives with an affordable $35.99 price tag.
Weighing around 56g, the EM3 is aimed at gamers looking for a lightweight mouse without venturing into enthusiast-level pricing territory. The mouse uses a PAW3315 optical sensor with support for up to 16,000 DPI and offers tri-mode connectivity via 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth and USB. Epomaker says the shape has been designed for small to medium-sized hands, particularly for claw-grip users.
Power comes from a 600mAh battery, which Epomaker rates for up to 55 hours of use on a full charge. The EM3 also ships with a magnetic charging dock that uses contact pins to recharge the mouse when docked. Alongside charging duties, the dock incorporates RGB lighting controls through a dedicated hardware button.
Users can customise settings through Epomaker's Driver 3.0 software or the browser-based Epomaker Hub utility. The software supports features such as button remapping, macro creation and DPI adjustment, allowing users to tailor the mouse to their own preferences.
The Epomaker EM3 is available in black, silver and pink, with pricing set at $35.99.
KitGuru says: A 56g wireless mouse bundled with a magnetic RGB charging dock for under $40 is solid value on paper. Are you tempted by the Epomaker EM3 at this price?
