ID-Cooling has launched the Frozn A612 Black air cooler, a single-tower solution paired with two fans. Featuring six heatpipes, the new model targets builders looking for more cooling surface than a standard single-fan tower without the massive footprint of a dual-tower design.
According to ITHome, the heatsink stands at 160mm tall and has six heatpipes arranged in an offset layout to clear neighbouring memory modules and motherboard components. ID-Cooling bundles the heatsink with a pair of 12025-format AM-120 fans driven by closed-loop motors. Installation relies on an all-metal mounting assembly, alongside quick-mount fan brackets designed to simplify setup and routine maintenance.

The manufacturer rates the unit for up to 280W TDP, though real-world cooling performance will naturally vary based on processor limits, fan profiles, and chassis airflow. Platform support covers AMD's AM4 and AM5 sockets as well as Intel Socket V/H platforms. Backing the unit is a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
The Frozn A612 Black is now available in China for around £28.
KitGuru says: At this price, with a dual-fan setup and offset heatpipes, the Frozn A612 Black looks like a solid budget air cooler on paper. Would you consider this over a bulkier dual-tower design?
