Corsair has announced a refresh of its 3500X mid-tower case, a panoramic ‘fish tank' chassis aimed at builders who want to show off their system. The updated models retain the same core design but now feature pre-installed reverse-blade fans for a cleaner look. Moreover, they're offered in two distinct configurations to cater to different RGB ecosystems.
Builders can now purchase the 3500X with three iCUE Link LX120-R RGB reverse-blade fans and an included iCUE Link System Hub, making it an ideal starting point for anyone building within Corsair's ecosystem. Alternatively, for those who prefer to control their lighting via their motherboard, a version with three standard RS120-R ARGB reverse-blade fans is also available.

These new reverse-blade fans are an aesthetic upgrade for a panoramic case like the 3500X, as they allow for a clean intake airflow from the side or bottom without showing the fan's motor hub and frame. This clean look is further enhanced by the case's continued support for back-connect motherboards from Asus, MSI, and Gigabyte, allowing for a build with virtually no visible cables.
The chassis itself remains a capable platform for high-end builds, offering sufficient room for graphics cards up to 410mm in length, which can be kept secure using the included pre-installed anti-sag bracket. For cooling, the case can accommodate up to ten 120mm fans, with support for 360mm radiators in both the roof and side positions.
The new 3500X is available in black or white, with the variant featuring RS-R ARGB fans starting at £119.90/$119.90/€139.90. The iCUE Link LX120-R RGB model is priced at £169.99/$189.99/€194.90.
