This proof-of-concept device showcases a groundbreaking approach to thermal management in thin and light laptops, addressing the challenges of heat dissipation and noise without sacrificing portability. AirJet technology replaces traditional fans with a solid-state airflow mechanism, offering efficient and silent cooling. According to Frore Systems, this technology can boost laptop performance by up to 50% without increasing the device's thickness or generating noise.

In this custom Galaxy Book4 Edge 14, AirJet technology replaces the standard fans with four AirJet chips, resulting in a “performance boost” from 12W to 18W. AirJet pads also reduce the cooling system's footprint by 45%, freeing internal space and potentially allowing for a larger battery. The result is a slimmer, quieter, and more powerful laptop. The AirJet-equipped Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 boasts a 16% longer video runtime (from 20 to 23.2 hours) and eliminates the need for fan intake vents, creating a more clean and durable design.
