Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro leaks show revamped design

The Google Pixel has been around for years now, although there has been little in the way of major design changes. That is changing starting with the Google Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro, both of which have leaked today.

Jon Prosser of the YouTube channel Front Page Tech has obtained early images of Google’s next set of Pixel smartphones. Those images were then used to produce the renders you see below:

As seen in the images, the screen to body ratio has been improved on the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro and each have a new two-toned colour design. The camera module is a bar that protrudes from the back of the phone, sticking with two camera lenses on the standard Pixel 6 and adding a third lens for the Pixel 6 Pro.

Unfortunately, we don’t have much information on specs at this point in time. However, Google is expected to announce its new Pixel phones later this summer, so we should be getting a lot more information in the coming months.

KitGuru Says: As with any leak, details should be taken with a pinch of salt, after all, these images were derived from real photos of prototypes, so Google engineers could still make some changes. For now though, this can be considered our first look at Google’s next flagship Android phone.
